Build and test your Event for free, then choose the duration and participant band that matches your needs. You make one payment for that Event and selected package. Your price is based on scale and duration, not on which standard tools you use.

No. Short-term Event packages are one-time payments with no monthly subscription. The annual plan is priced per year and lets you run as many Events as you want during that year.

Every paid participant tier includes the full standard toolkit: Digital Event Passports, unlimited QR stations, activities, rewards, teams, leaderboards, agendas, exhibitor tools, Photo Walls, live screens, analytics and reports. The tier only changes participant capacity.

A Watch Video station uses a regular YouTube link and asks participants to watch before earning its stamp. Viewing checks are best-effort. They are not tamper-proof proof that someone watched or paid attention. Quiz and survey questions can include an optional picture with the prompt. Single-answer and multiple-answer quiz choices, plus dropdown, radio, checkbox, and ranking survey choices, can include optional pictures alongside their text labels. These standard activities are included in every paid participant tier.

Features marked “Upon request” are pilot or assisted-launch capabilities. This currently includes Event Registration, NFC check-in and stamp collection, and Apple and Google Wallet passes. Contact us before your Event so we can confirm suitability, availability and setup requirements.

The Event Registration pilot includes hosted and embedded forms, public or invitation-based access, custom fields, categories, file uploads, capacity limits, waitlists, Stripe payments, confirmation emails, QR tickets, badge printing, admission scanning, privacy workflows and detailed reporting.

Yes, for selected Events upon request. NFC can support check-in and stamp collection, while Apple Wallet and Google Wallet can give participants convenient access to their Event pass. We will help confirm the right setup for your venue and attendee journey.

Yes. You can create your Event, configure Passports, add stations and activities, preview the participant journey and run a limited test before purchasing. Payment details are only needed when you select a paid package and prepare to go live.

Yes. If your Event grows, you can upgrade to a larger participant band and pay only the difference. You can choose the package that fits today without losing the option to expand before or during the Event.

Every paid tier includes a 10% operating buffer to protect against small attendance changes. Once the selected capacity and buffer are full, existing participants can continue using their Passports, but new participants cannot join until you upgrade.

Choose a package for up to 7 days, or select another available duration above. Your package covers the Event's active operating period. For longer programmes, unusual schedules or access beyond the listed durations, contact us for an Enterprise package.

Yes. Every paid Event can include up to 10 Event Passports. This is useful for different attendee journeys, venues, days, tracks, audiences or campaigns while keeping the overall Event organised in one workspace.

Yes. You can tailor colours, logos, imagery, Passport layouts, navigation and participant-facing content to match your Event. Enterprise options are available for custom domains and removing StampRise branding.

Choose Enterprise for more than 3,000 participants, Events longer than the listed durations, annual or multi-Event programmes, custom domains, white-label requirements, procurement support, dedicated account management or bespoke implementation needs.

No. You can sign up, build and test without entering card details. Payment is only required when you select a paid Event package. Enterprise customers can contact us to discuss invoicing and procurement requirements.
