Yes — the Free plan is genuinely free forever. 200 attendees and 10 stations is a real, usable event. No credit card required.

What is the difference between per-event, monthly and annual plans?

Per-event is a one-time payment that unlocks a single event permanently — best if you run one event a year. Monthly gives you unlimited events with no long-term commitment — best if you run 2 or more events per month and want flexibility. Annual gives you unlimited events at 30% off the monthly price — best for organisers and agencies running events regularly throughout the year.

How many events can I run?

Per-event plans each include 1 active event. Monthly and Annual plans include unlimited events at the same feature tier — perfect for organisers and agencies running multiple events. Attendee limits per event are the same regardless of billing mode.

What happens when I hit the free tier limits?

You'll see an upgrade prompt — no data is lost and your event keeps running. Upgrade anytime and limits lift immediately.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. StampRise is 100% browser-based. Attendees scan a QR code and the stamp card opens instantly in their phone browser. Zero friction.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, anytime from your account dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties or questions asked.

What currency is pricing in?

All prices are in USD. StampRise is available globally and Stripe handles currency conversion at checkout.
